VIP & Tent City Space Reservations Reviews

 Always a great tine at the GHFJ.

 Awesome as usual.

 The VIP organization was run very smoothly. From the parking, the cart ride to the concert, the gift bag, the seats setup, the wine, the snack and most of the umbrella was great!

 Great time had by all!

 We had an AMAZING TIME!

 Its always a great time at the jazz festival-even the rain dampened us but not our spirits!

 I would get five out of five stars, but I had to give four because of the whole muddy situation after the rain. It was just virtually impossible to leave out of the entrance because of all the mud from the rain they should’ve been something in place just in case something like this happened, all the experience was wonderful

 FANtastic! The ENTIRE experience was EXCELLENT! Every volunteer/staff was VERY pleasant, supportive, friendly, and offered the BEST service - the garage attendant, cart drivers, welcoming tent, food and beverage tent, security supervisor and his staff, and a perfectly clean restroom AKA EVERYONE was wonderful! The music & video production was EXCELLENT! GHFJ Big Band w Alexa Tarantino & guests were FANtastic! FAVORITE! ENCORE! Enjoyed Coltrane ensemble too! THANK YOU!

 We arrived late so I was really looking forward to a parking spot at the Capitol. But that was full, grrr. It was great to have seats waiting for us. I didn't realize we'd be offered sandwiches. Did that mean less business for your food truck vendors? It was odd to be in a gated community - sort of the opposite of what we like about Jazz in the park. But once we were settled in, we got used to being VIPs very quickly.

 Still love the idea of tent city, however; at some point no other tents were allowed on the grounds and the idea of tent city came about. For the past two years, the view wasn't optimal due to the confined space. Other tents blocked view of the screen and of course, we paid and there were countless other tents on the grounds with better views who paid nothing. I wish I had other ideas, but I will not purchase a spot next year.

 I’m giving it a 4 rather than 3 because of the LOB parking garage attendant. He was kind, personable and amazing. The people at the walkway to the event from the garage at both points were rude and had the potential to ruin your experience if you let them spoil your mood. They were brash and uninviting. I strongly suggest hiring better employees to avoid future issues . That was very very disappointing.

 The best parts of the VIP are: 1) The sound 2) Seats 3) Bathrooms

 Bathrooms very clean! Wish there was a tip jar for the attendants! They deserve it. One of the toilets didn’t flush properly.

 coming out of town as difficult to find the VIP parking if I hadn't specific address to put in that would help but otherwise everything was incredible. Thank you so much.

 Just couldn't stay for the whole event as I had to drive home 2 hours so I didn't get a chance to see pieces of Dreams wish it started sooner at 12:00 noon ended about 8:00 that would be perfect for people

 The lady who was in charge of letting people in the tent was very very rude. I don’t like how my family and I were treated so we may not be getting a tented area next year.

 The music and vibes were unmatched! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! This was our first year but definitely WONT be our last!

 Parking was great. The rides were awesome but the rides back to the space stopped at some point and we had to lug our stuff back up the hill because there were no rides.

 Nice to have them close by.

 The attendant up at the capital, but it was very rude when we went to go park. He was like there’s no parking included in the purchase blah blah blah. It took me to show my handicap sticker for him to allow us to park there and even after that he was just like stupid ass people. He was very rude.

 Once again turned away from the Capitol parking - was told it was only for handicapped. I must have misunderstood your info about parking. I'm sorry there were not more people in VIP seating! Maybe better to skip it next year and just ask the people who did buy tickets to make a donation next year? By the way, I loved the sight of everyone with their lights on. There were a lot of people, and a lot of lights!
