Exchanges are accepted. There are no fees for exchanges.

If you would like to EXCHANGE your tickets, you are welcome to do that yourself by clicking through the tabs:

"User menu > Tickets > Exchange Tickets"

Returns for no refund are accepted. Thank you for the donation!

If you would like to RETURN your tickets, you are welcome to do that yourself by clicking through the tabs:

"User menu > Tickets > Return Tickets" - Please note, this is for NO refund. We cannot refund you any money through the site due to PTA policies.
