 Staff presence not visible. I found music teacher who was gathering kids in a room which was good. The waiting area was busy, unsure of where to go. Found seats, then told need to validate tickets.

 Excellent program, teachers and staff. The program's organizers did an amazing job. The recital started on time and went smoothly. All the participants had plenty of time to perform and the audience were respectful.

 Wonderful performance by all the children, you could tell they worked so hard! Im a little frustrated with the sound quality; you couldnt hear half the children. This happened with the Nutcracker as well. We may eventually leave this company for one that has all the equipment needed. Otherwise, it was a great job done by all!
