What a lovely space to exercise in. Air conditioning which is much needed, lots of weights (mainly lighter ones), rower,, towels and yoga mats provided. Delicious smoothies, coffee and croissants available before or post-workout.

So happy to have found such a lovely place in the old town to keep a little exercise in my routine whilst on holiday. All the regulars I met there were very friendly and I particularly enjoyed the yoga class with Kate.

How did you like the event?

Really good , my partner has never done Pilates before , he really enjoyed it . Michelle was really professional , took time to explain things and we both really benefited from it , and hope to be able to do it again . We did sleep when we got back , so it was also a good workout , but gentle , also it’s a lovely setting to work out in

How did you like the event?

Great to keep moving whilst on holiday and I enjoyed the session. But this definitely isn't a class for beginners. There was very little tuition given verbally and it wasn't always easy to see what the teacher was doing. I had a stiff neck by the end from looking over one shoulder all the time.
