5th year going strong!  This contest is open to any athlete with a physical limitation that puts them at a significant disadvantage against an able-bodied athlete of otherwise equal skill.  This contest has historically been a qualifier for the World's Strongest Disabled Man contest.  Politics being what they are, that may or may not be the case this year.  If it IS the case, travel money will be given to all champions to help them get to Germany.  If not, I will just give out prize money to the champions.  All prize money is dependent upon sponsor participation.

We have men's and women's divisions with the following classes:  Standing (athlete does not need a wheelchair), Standing one-arm (standing athlete, only capable of using one arm), Standing Neuro (has a neurological disorder such as CP, but does not want to compete in the seated division. *will not qualify for WSDM), Seated (athlete needs or should use a wheelchair - ATKs, for example), Seated Neuro (same as standing, but needing/wanting a wheelchair)

Events:

Seated:
Incline log - max weight, 3 attempts, 30 seconds per attempt.  85 lbs is the lightest possible log.  12 inch logs will be used.
Put for distance - 3 slam balls of varying weights will be thrown, shot put style.  Total distance taken.  Women:  20, 20, 30.  Men: 20, 30, 40
Lever lift - Max weight, 3 attempts, 30 seconds per attempt.  Imagine a two-handed deadlift jack that raises the bar off the ground to a normal deadlift lockout height without giving you any actual leverage advantage.  That's we're building for this event.  Videos and pics to follow.
Arm over arm truck pull - 50 foot course, 60 second time limit.  Women will be using a Tow truck, men will be pulling a box truck.
