YOGA + MINDFULNESS 

 

Join us for a morning full of intention, connection,

and relaxation. This is a 21+ event.

 

✨️Arrive by 8:30am for check-in

Please do not arrive later than 8:50am

to ensure a quiet and uninterrupted start

from our mindfulness coach, Tindal.

✨️Bring your own yoga mat

✨️Water will be provided 

(outside food/drinks not allowed)

✨️Wear comfortable clothing 

✨️Bring journal + writing utensil

✨️Food/drinks for purchase by The Pemberton 

 

ITINERARY:

✨️8:30-8:50am  Check-in

✨️9:00-9:50am  Guided meditation 

✨️10:00-10:50am  Yoga flow

✨️11:00-12:30pm  Brunch Mingle
