 What a community treasure chest of warm ambiance, sparkling vibes and friendly atmosphere. The attentive & pleasant staff, the outgoing & friendly people created a most positive and memorable experience on both nights I attended the Showdiwn 5/23 & 5/30. Looking forward to more experiences like these. Keep doing all that you do to create & maintain your unique community spirit.

 This was my first time at Margie’s and I will definable return soon. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. The only minor drawback is the restroom situation is not really set-up for a big event, but it was only a short wait. I highly recommend Margie”s if you want quality food and amazing sweets.

 It was a tight fit at the tables. Had to eat at an angle to the table. Other than that, fun night!!

 Great event! We did the dinner and a show for two nights! Food was good and the singers awesome! Great job Margie's!

 I thought the event was really well done. The host was engaging and charismatic. This was my first time attending so I did not get to see the talent all month but it was obvious they found the best talent in town. If you all hold another event like this, I would suggest getting impartial judges to aid in the winners decision along with the crowd. It seemed to me, the people with the most people there to support will always win in an event with only 50 to 60 attending.

 Very easy to order tickets. Very organized from start not finish. Staff was friendly. Food came quickly and was delicious. MC was so informative and entertaining. Contestants were all very good. It was hard to choose my favorites. Maybe age categories would be good. It is hard to not vote the “cuteness” cofactor for children. I plan to go to the finals. Please have more shows. Comedians. Local music. Poetry reading. Game shows.

 Very fun, something new to do. Maybe just have no little kids in audience, baby kept crying.

 We had a bit of a problem hearing clearly what the comedians were saying and thereby missed some of the jokes. Clear pronunciation and speaking loud enough is the issue in all theater events…it really takes a lot of practice. Hats off to you all for this fun event idea and to the performers. Great food for sure!
