The event was nice. The show was long and at times unorganized.

The seating situation was horrible. With spending $65-100+ on tickets each night, General Admission is undesirable. Making parents wait in line 1.5-2 hours early. They are already stressed about their daughters competing that evening and then they are stress about if they will be able to see her. The show production was excellent.

Many arrived early to socialize but with the lights so dark it was difficult to find people. It would have been nice to have house lights up a bit so people could find old friends etc. The judges table blocked the view of the stage for some and with just the flat ballroom seating we found ourselves watching the show more on the tv screens. Background music was a bit loud as well.

I had 2 tickets for the finals. When arrived at event 30 minutes early all seats in the Ballroom were saved. I had 2 tickets but no seats. Need to have assigned seats rather than general admission or not let people save seats.

It was a little disappointing to see that reserved chairs were added. Also that there was not enough seating put out.

Over sold tickets. People had to stand. People were also saving rows and rows of seats. May need to think about assigned seating.

I was unable to attend the event Friday due to being very sick once I got to the hotel!! I hear it was a nice night

Always a great opportunity for the girls and I think they picked a great winner!

Empower academy girls should have been recognized at the beginning instead of the end. It is unrealistic to expect them to sit through the entire event, some are as young as 7. Additionally, for $100 per ticket-I would expect the food to be better. The hotel $20 Buffett was much better.

 $100 per ticket is crazy!

The event was lovely, the seating was terrible. Have assigned seats and use a theatre.

Ridiculous not to have assigned seating. Emcee was annoying

The event was lovely. The line to get in was a borderline fire hazard. I thought it was a throw back to the early 70's at the WHO concert. Get assigned seating. And have it in a theatre.
