WHO ARE WE?
Mama Manon is an Aware Parenting Instructor in training who is absolutely passionate about supporting parents in their journey towards a peaceful, easy and flowing relationship with their children. Her extended knowledge and her gentle approach to parenting, combined with her capacity to listen compassionately is comforting and so empowering.
Meg Forrester is the owner of Evohe, Natural Skin Care and a self-nurturing Master. She believes that Self-nuture is essential to go happily through life, juggling Baby, business and social life. She practises it everyday!
WHAT'S IN THERE FOR YOU?
We know you give it all to your children...
So we'd like to offer you a monthly meeting where, for a couple of hours, WE take care of you.
As you arrive in a relaxing and welcoming space, you'll be able to take your shoes off, lye down and put your feet up.
While you relax and breathe, Meg will offer you one of her wonderful facial massage.
Then around a cup of tea, we'll sit in a circle and hold space for each other to be heard.
Mama Manon will share with you her Aware Parenting approach and answer all your questions.
The Listening Circle is a time when we come together and talk about our struggles and frustrations around parenting, letting our feelings out so we feel more relaxed and loving when we get back home.
The circle is a safe and judgment-free place where can talk freely and also support other mums.
We'll ask you for this session to come without your children. This is your time off. Young babies (before crawling stage) are welcome to come with you <3
Please bring a cushion, blanket and yoga mat (if you don't own a yoga mat, that's ok).
We'll provide:
- organic tea (caffeine-free)
- organic trail mix
- music, massage, etc.
- free samples of Evohe's products to take home with you
- etc.

These meetings happen monthly.

BOOKINGS
Make sure to book ahead of time.
In order to keep the circle small and intimate, we'll limit the bookings to 7 persons.
If more than 7 persons express interest, we'll create a second meeting, so please let us know if you'd like to come but it's already fully booked…
