Pacific Coast Shockwaves – Track Meet Volunteer Sign-Up

Our Pacific Coast Shockwaves Track & Field Meet on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 relies on the support of our amazing community. Volunteers help ensure the event runs smoothly and that our athletes have a safe, organized, and enjoyable competition experience.

We invite parents, family members, and supporters to sign up for a volunteer shift. No special experience is required—our event coordinators will guide you on-site.

Sunday

  • Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT

Each athlete family is required to volunteer on BOTH days of the meet.

πŸ“… Saturday, March 28
πŸ“… Sunday, March 29

To support a smooth and successful event, every participating family must sign up for one volunteer shift on Saturday and one volunteer shift on Sunday.

Why This Is Important

Our track meets require a large number of volunteers to operate timing, field events, staging, concessions, and athlete flow. When every family participates, the workload stays manageable and the event runs smoothly for our athletes.
