 A great cause to participate in

 Communication was poor. One communications said the drawing was 2pm to 5pm. Another said 2pm. The one I received on 12/13 to complete this survey said it was 10am.

 The payment function did not work well, we had to set up a PayPal account (despite the suggested guest account option), and we sent a message requesting assistance and no one has responded. In addition, the event was 24 hours ago. We did not hear the outcome, there was no follow-up about monies raised for the charity, and the first follow-up was a request for a review. Of all online charity services used in the last few years, this was the most disappointing.

 I live in Florida. Did not attend and did not win. Would be nice if they posted winning number.

 Consider a new online charity management service.

 I bought the tickets because they were for St Jude's and Saturday I received the call that I had won. This is the first time I have ever won a raffle and looking forward to enjoying the Jeep.
