RS PROMOTIONS Reviews

 Easy to purchase

Perfect arrangements. Good company. Easy to follow instructions and booking.

 👍

 quarrymen we're intresting group

 Easy Booking online.

Great show as ever. Great songs and very funny banter with the audience.

Easy to book but a bit of a faff actually getting on. Despite having an electronic ticket, someone asked for me name, manually crossed us off the list then scanned a ticket they printed, which didn’t work and then gave us a wristband! Could they not have just scanned the electronic ticket and given us the wristband? Great show, as always though. Always good to see and hear the boys,

Tickets at the click of a button, convenient and efficient

Very well organised. Organiser available throughout the event

 Straightforward process

Efficient booking and ticketing process. Well done on your continued support for the Manx cultural scene by bringing over great bands like China Crisis!

 Excellent and well run event.

Nice and straightforward. Good info leading up to the gig. Thanks for bringing the boys over to the Island again, Roy (and for allowing a 6-piece band - it made all the difference!)

 Very efficient

Brilliant evening being entertained by China Crisis, great music snd Gary was hilarious, didn’t expect to learn about the band and a bit of their history and it was fascinating and he’s a natural comedian as well as having that superb voice. An extra dimension to the evening was meeting Roy and being able to thank him in person for making such a great night happen, and also chatting with Eric and Gary, so so lovely, absolutely made our night- THANKYOU from Jude and Ali 😁

The venue should be spectacular but isn't. Food was not as promised and not good. Felt sorry for the production performing there

It was a truly wonderful evening. We thoroughly enjoyed every single aspect of it. The setting of the restaurant is stunning, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was immaculately laid out and atmospheric, the food was delicious. The Taste of Cairo show itself was TERRIFIC. A huge variety of dances - each the perfect length. The dancers were friendly. I loved their make-up and as for the costumes - GORGEOUS. We shall be back.

A great class. It was a lovely experience. The teacher was very encouraging and supportive. The dances and moves we tried were very accessible and the regional types were explained which added to the experience. The teacher was also supported by other knowledgeable and encouraging members of the team which made the whole event. Would happily recommend and enjoy again.

Loved the quarrymen. Great venue and reasonable drinks. Band raised my spirits and the roof.

 Disappointing

 Brilliant

Disappointing..Standing for 2 hours plus, sound quality was rubbish

 Great Night

The most off putting thing was that he stood on stage and constantly chewed gum , it was most disrespectful to the paying audience.

Slow start but great night 😊

It was a great night. The right tunes chosen and a good atmosphere

Singer has great personality and good interaction with the audience. Seen him several times

Fantastic night, audience kept engaged throughout. Friendly, talented and great content

Brilliant evening with very talented singer. Excellent organisation. 100% would go again!

 Great night 😀

 Brill 😁

Another amazing evening , wouldn’t have missed it for anything.

Brilliant evening . Great mixture of Motown hits !Everybody was up dancing ! Thank you Suzy & Paul xx

 Loved the experience

 More please

Great Liverpool group, and all round event experience

Excellent night, enjoyed it thoroughly, although very hot and stuffy

Great fun. Well attended. The boys were on form.

 As above 😁👍

 Fantastic as always!

 They were brilliant.

What a top night. Brilliantly put on. Band were brilliant - fabulous interaction with the crowd had us laughing all night. Music was top drawer. Still smashing it……

Brilliant gig! Great to see the full band set up. Genuinely hilarious frontmanship from Gary!

I've seen the Crisis in the IOM numerous times over the years. I think this was probably the best I've ever seen them play. Gary's rapport with the audience was superb! I'd like it so much I even bought a T-shirt!

 Great night

 Loved it!

What a magical evening. Gary is hilarious and the music just fabulous. The tiny venue is just brilliant. Xx

Really enjoyed the bsnd and the venue was great.

China Crisis were excellent as always. Great evening and nice venue in a lovely setting. We will be booking again.

So fortunate to experience such an amazing band in such an intimate venue Fantastic band , take the opportunity to see them every time they come to IOM.

 Brilliant performance

Very good, from start to finish..

Brilliant night, very polished and professional and great music. I have never seen so many up dancing so soon!

 Only one word fantastic

KNOCK OUT. GREAT MUSIC GREAT HARMONIES AND HIGHLY ENTERTAINING. WE LOVED AS DID EVERYONE ELSE!

excellent night and pleased the lads stopped till everyone had left showed great respect

 Fabulous 👌

Fantastic evening! Had the whole place up on their feet!! My 16 year old daughter even bought the CD to play on her 'retro' CD player!!

Loved it, songs from way back when Tamra and Soul music was at its height.

Brilliant night. Glad they came to Port St.Mary. Hopefully many more groups will come to the town hall to perform. Thanks.

 Excellent night out😁😁😁

Had a really good night .first time at the town hall and second time seeing Soul kinda wonderful and neither disappointed, Thank you. Looking forward to the next event

Absolutely Wonderful ! The show was fantastic, lighting spot on, seats were plentiful and a totally fab time had by all.

I really enjoyed the class itself - it was informative and great fun, and the leaders did the best with the challenging environmental factors which they had no control over. I would take one of their classes again. The biggest issue with this class was turning around halfway through the dance routine and realising that there was a group of men sat at the back watching us dance & shake our hips etc, one of whom was filming. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

 Great fun!!

The Villa wasn't prepared, the lights came on halfway through,a radio mic had to be asked for and there were about 6 male staff at the rear by the light/sound cotrol box watching us.very ffputting for some taking part and unprofessional

Absolutely brilliant The Samba ladies were really nice and friendly and very good Would definitely attend another class or an evening of food & dance Definitely recommend

Fabulous night! The food was outstanding and plentiful, service was 2nd to none, entertainment first class! Will definitely be booking for the next night! xxx

 Great fun, great teachers

 Didn't go.

 Didn't go .

Fantastic night looking forward to next year

 Excellent night

 It was excellent.

Great evening of story telling and music which took me right back to the 80s.

Great evening, very entertaining - as ever.

 Very funny and thoroughly entertaining

An excellent night, China Crisis were great entertainers as usual. A lovely cosy and intimate venue with good facilities and quick access to public transport

 excellent gig

 Excellent show

Brilliant! Great value for money. Gary and Ed are pure Scouse class, and the band were great. Next year again!

Excellent performance from the band as always.

Great band in an intimate venue, if this could happen more.

 It was amazing x

 Great mix of songs

 Fantastic

 It was brilliant, thank you.

Should have been a great evening but was advertised as mostly standing in fact it was 95% seated and lost the atmosphere. Started late in a roasting town hall However it was the band we came to listen to and they were as always amazing 5 stars for China Crisis 3 for organization

 Great evening

 Outstanding band

Disappointed with the attendance. The Signatures were very good although the clarity of the speech left a bit to be desired. I’m afraid it may be time for Lorraine to hang up the microphone

Perfect and could order food also.

 Didn't go ..

 Brilliant well done everyone

Food was excellent but the comics didn't do their homework or listen to the comics before them and used the same observational jokes on the front row first time it was amusing the third was irritating

This was a fantastic night ..Will go to another dinner and comedy one. Great entertainment great service from all at the restaurant...

Had an amazing night at Leonardo's comedy night 2nd Dec. Started with a 3 course meal, which was cooked to perfection. Then we were thoroughly entertained by the very funny comedians. We all laughed so much. Very excited to buy our tickets for the next comedy night at the end of January. Thank you to all involved in making this the best night we have all had in a long time

Some classic songs from this intermate gig, a great night out.

Fabulous intimate event . Great vibe . Actually chatted to some of the bad at the end. Loved every minute .

Superb evening, although as they started half an hour late it meant I had to miss the ending to catch the last bus South. Hope they come back again soon👍🏻

so disappointed, because the event was moved twice I lost the tickets,so despite emailing you for confirmation of my purchase no reply so could not go as lost the original email and no reply from yourselves

It was FREEZING… … We were sat on the seats at the back but unfortunately the speakers that end were switched off… we could hear the singing ok but not a single word that was said. The band came on 45mins late… played 4 songs and took a break…then came back played about 4 or 5 songs and finished!!!! It was a joke. We definitely won’t pay for a gig in this venue again.. it was awful…

 Brilliant band.
