Bearthday Bash 2018 Rules and Regulations

PLUR is in full effect!!!!! Show Peace, Love, Unity and Respect to all living things!!!
This venue is a protected public wildlife and nature preserve. Do not pick, cut, damage or disturb any plants or wildlife. There are bears living in the area of the event and bears should not be approached and should be avoided at all times.
No vandalism of any kind will be tolerated this includes graffiti in the tunnels we are here to remove graffiti and while we plan to eventually put up new professional art in the tunnels all paintings must have prior approval from the owners. If you would like to paint in the tunnel in the future submit your artwork to Something Original Productions and we will submit it to the board for them to vote on.
Leave No Trace!!! If you pack it in you must pack it out. We are here to clean up this property and leave it in better shape than we found it. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND!!! Trash and cigarette butt receptacles will be readily accessible, use them!!! There will be separate cans for trash and recycling please do not put plastic bottles and aluminum cans in the trash.
NO ALCOHOL is allowed in the camping area, on the trail, or anywhere at the event. This will be strictly enforced!
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or any other illegal activity will be allowed!
All violations will be immediately reported to the state police by event staff.
This is a family friendly event for all ages. Children are welcome and any rowdy, disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. All minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Pets are welcome however, you must clean up after them and they must be on a leash at all times.
NO WEAPONS
Fires must be contained in a portable fire pit and kept off the ground. There will be a community fire.
There are no motorized vehicles allowed on the property. Shuttles will be used to transport attendees onto the property and will also be in place for those with disabilities or needing assistance in mobility. All Parking will be offsite so pack lightly for your stay. Pack as if you are going on an overnight hiking trip.
Please stay in marked boundaries. Upon entry you will be given a map. The upper level and rooms connected to the tunnel are OFF LIMITS!!!! This is for your safety!!! Anyone found to be trespassing on private property or entering restricted areas will be removed from the property.
Most importantly NO BAD VIBES!!! We are all here to have a good time, show love for our Earth and each other and do something for the community. This is a charity fundraiser to save and restore a beautiful abandoned historic landmark. A generous portion of your ticket price and every dollar you spend at this event will be given directly to the Southern Alleghany Conservancy, A non-profit organization which owns and manages the property. There will not be an ATM on site. Plan accordingly. In order for us to continue to provide these marvelous events on this magnificent property everyone must be on their best behavior. Show love and have fun!!!!
By purchasing your ticket you are acknowledging that you are aware of all rules and regulations. This is an “enter at own risk” property. You are also acknowledging that neither Something Original Productions LLC or the Southern Alleghany Conservancy Charitable Trust and/or any of its affiliates, employees, volunteers and or entities are liable for injury or loss of life or limb due to personal negligence or trespassing in restricted areas.
