Welcome to the Te Aroha Little Theatre's ticket sales platform. Please ensure that when booking tickets you select the correct date for the performance that you wish to attend (below). Instructions for navigating your way through the seven-step online purchase process are as follows:
- Click on the Tickets link to the right of the performance you want to see.
- Select the number of tickets you want and select your seats.
- Click on "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- Log in with your email address and password if you've used this site before. If you're a new user on this site, you'll first need to register your details. This only ever has to be done once. Next time you'll only need your email address and password.
- Click on the "Agree and Continue" button at the bottom.
- Fill out the Billing Information form and click the "Buy Items" button at the bottom.
- You'll then see a confirmation message. Your ticket(s) will have been emailed to you.
TICKETS CAN EITHER BE PRINTED OUT OR YOU CAN PRESENT YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT ON YOUR SMARTPHONE TO THE THEATRE USHERS.
REFUNDS POLICY
Please note that we have a "no refunds" policy. The only exception to this is if the Te Aroha Dramatic Society has to cancel a scheduled performance. In the event of a performance cancellation, ticket purchasers will be contacted by email requesting a bank account number for us to process your refund. Requests for refunds can also be made via email to john@watsons.co.nz or phone (022) 1564708.
