 Always an enjoyable evening

 Always enjoy Chester Street’s productions. Very welcoming as usual. Very well cast. The lead, Jordan Andrews, outstanding! Massive role and clearly researched his character. Chester Street always performs very good plays. Some better than others, but always a high standard.

 Great portrayal of characters, & well paced plot development . Loved it , especially as we have a friend who could have been Judith in all respects . Clever Stage management too . Carla Moore deserves five stars .

 The theatre was a little cold but the staff quickly fixed that in the second half, which was very appreciated.

 Good. Bookings easy and well managed. Supper as part of the ticket price is always appreciated. View of the stage good.

 Excellent work. Brilliant concepts with the human furniture. The acting by the key character was so good I almost questioned whether he was acting. The body language, facial expressions and contortions were totally realistic. And the dog stole the show. Impressive work everyone. And a thoroughly enjoyable event.

 What an interesting play...the script was challenging, the lead actor was sensational, weaving a bevy of savant characteristics into a memorable performance, the staging was unusual but it worked, all up a thought-provoking and entertaining play.

 Curios Incident was outstanding - the lead actor played the part with great authenticity & was ably supported by teh entire cast. Riveting theatre

 Absolutely brilliant. Simply wonderful. Cleverly staged, well cast - all the actors were terrific, but we particulatly loved the actors playing Christopher and his dad, mum and Siobhan. And of course the dog. Best show of the year! Our maths - loving teen loved it, particularly the solving of the maths problem at the end.

 Thought provoking and incredibly well presented production. The theatre company as a whole are to be commended and congratulated big time.

 I thoroughly enjoyed this theatrical performance and a special mention must go to the young man who played the lead role. I have neuro diversity in my family and he displayed the characteristics of autism extremely well. I wish him well as I believe he has applied to NIDA.

 This was an excellent production, with fine acting and innovative set arrangements. Poignant, funny and moving, it was an absorbing trip across life through the eyes of a neurodiverse teenager. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and highly recommend this play and The Theatre on Chester.

 Chester St actors, producers and refreshments as usual very good but the play needed an editor to cut down the length particularly in the first act.

 First class acting. A very high-quality production. The clever set design worked well. Stand out performances from the two sons. The George Raft scene perhaps too long but that is only a small point. Upgraded seats were welcomed.

 Superb direction and execution by the cast. A gritty play about life sure to resonate with many people, but handled with care and punctuated with light hearted moments to make it very well balanced drama indeed.

 The performers were brilliant and the production was fantastic.

 What a fantastic night at the theatre! Broadway Bo1und was cleverly staged and brilliantly acted. The characters were believable. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

 What an amazing portrayal of the real life of such an important lady in the scheme of things in the the sky. The entire cast performed admirably, which it seems has become the norm at Theatre on Chester Street. The back end team provided wonderful support and are also to be congratulated. Us subscribers are indeed spoilt rotten and we thank each and every one of you.

 the show last night was interesting the cast were great BUT IT WAS SO COLD IN THE HALL - ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN FROZEN - IF WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS WE WILL NOT ATTEND ALL THE PEOPLE AROUND WERE ALL COMPLAINING

 Very interesting play Great cast Thoroughly enjoyed it

 A wordy play with little physical action following a heavy lunch inclined to drowsiness but the second act seemed more lively. The characters were well represented and the acting good as is usually the case at Chesty. Singing from the sister seemed a little tentative but well worked into the scene changes. The set worked well. The back drop was excellent and the stars worked well.

 Cleverly staged...a uniformly riveting performance from the cast, with the professionalism your audience has come to expect of all Chester Street's productions (when I get used to calling it The Theatre on Chester, I'll let you know). No surprises that we think stories like that should be told. My heartfelt appreciation goes to everyone, the cast and crew, behind the scenes who tirelessly bring these plays to us year in and year out.

 The play started off well. Good concept . It got bogged down in the second part going over the same fairly trivial things. I thought there would be a revelation but there was not. I was very impressed with the actors.

 Interesting second act, first act convulated.Not sure if I did get the facts . Food for thought though .Always great acting, the three actors were first rate. Good on you Chester for a topical play about misinformation that abounds in our media today. See you in 2025 !

 Thank you for choosing a play of such challenging content, and for carrying it off so well. Carla's direction was exemplary, as always, and the acting was appropriately understated, leaving the audience nowhere to hide from the message. It was a perfect performance, made even more poignant by the struggle America now faces to distinguish 'fact from fiction' as Donald Trumps reclaims the Whitehouse.

 A very witty enjoyable play. Well directed, fantastic cast. Will go again to see this play. Highly recommend!

 Sadly the story was amateurish. Drawn out, difficult to follow. The “fill in” actor was marvellous given the circumstances,

 It was ok I was unable to relate to the hum

 Terrific script, innovative, poignant, funny and very clever, well done Carla! The actors did the writing justice, which suggests the Director did too. And, as always, the front of house, support, and 'behind the curtain' crews excelled...the Jimmy was a triumph. Thank you all for another entertaining evening, and in our very own backyard!

 Enjoyable. Kate Mannix was superb.

 Enjoyed the performance, but felt the ending fell a bit flat.

 After a “setting the scene “ start, the inner world of a bereaved woman unravels - as does that of her cousin. The actors truely live their parts. Brilliant! Another Carla Moore highlight.

 Fabulous play and cast

 I adored the play. It was an honour to meet the playwright after the show. She is apparently there for the final two performances and is worth attending the play for that alone. The play is beautifully written and a joy to watch. The three actors fill the story with accessible charm and find much of the nuance the brilliant playwright has created. If you are doing something interesting tonight or tomorrow cancel it. Do yourself a favour and get to the show.

 A nostalgic play for the locals. Probably wouldn't travel. Well written but almost playing too much to the locals. Set worked well - car, stretcher. Use of projection and more artistic lighting could have enhanced the production. Scene changes could have been slicker. Acting competent. Guitar unnecessary and distracting. Final scene didn't quite work for me. The "revelation" was obvious from early in the play. Still an enjoyable night from a respected company.

 Clue - Directed by Isaac Owen is a fast paced, madcap hilarious play. Love the stage movement, the actors do a wonderful job. The cast are all wonderful but I particularly loved the varied characters played by Cassie, Fabiola’s Yvette and Tracey’s Colonel Mustard. She/he cracks me up lol. I loved the costumes. Amazing work Isaac! What a vision for the play.

 4 1/2 - Costumes, esp ladies, were great. Swinging wall innovative. We look forward to next year.

 I loved it. It was quite different to other offerings, especially with the music and choreorgraphed parts. Great fun, very entertaining, extremely clever and so incredibly well done.

 Very creative and funny

 We thoroughly enjoyed this whimsical, rollicking and tongue in cheek tribute to the game "Cluedo". There were many laugh out loud moments. Acting is difficult; comedy is more difficult, but the whole cast carried the comedy off superbly. The odd moment of farce - such as when the action is "rewound" - was also carried off with aplomb. For an enjoyable, light and hilarious theatre experience, this production is highly recommended.

 Excellent show.. we loved the innovative creative sides of this play. Personally I was distracted by the same actors playing different roles and by women playing men's roles but in the context of this play, it's okay.

 We loved the way the play was directed! The stage setup, with the different "rooms" of the mansion & the way the performers portrayed the travelling between the different rooms was Ingenius & brilliant to watch.

 Not as good as the other two shows. Acting was fine but script let them down at times

 Very funny

 The story was very relevant and reminded us of the challenges we faced when our children were the same age as Zoe and Kieran. Set was good as usual. Casting and performance were good. Could have done with a little less of Dorothy. Her talks to the audience I found were sometimes distracting. Loved her various outfits. A few times the dialogue was hard to hear (and we were on the front row).Prefer not to hear the 'fuck' word in a play. Enjoyed the play, but not a favourite.

 Unfortunately I didn’t like The Peach Season. Just felt boring, not interesting sound effects etc. Way too much sitting on the ground by the cast and I was struggling to see them from up the back. I liked Christine’s Hungarian Grandmother portrayal though.

 I just don't know how the Theatre on Chester team keep providing us with such wonderful entertainment show after show. It is a credit to the dedication of all those involved, from the cast to all those backstage and behind the scenes. Thank you so much for bringing joy into so may lives.

 An interesting theme but i did not appreciate the swearing. Mostly it was not in keeping with the character's personality. In future, can we have more plays no not feature excessive bad language.

 Outstanding - as usual!

 This was the first Chester Street production which we found disappointing. The actors were excellent - no discredit to them at all. The choice of the play was the problem. It was eminently predictable, with stereotypical characters. I was hoping that the second act might offer something more, but was disappointed. There seemed to be no resolution, and I was left wondering what the point of the play was. The director's notes suggested something deeper than was delivered.

 Did not like this play

 Lovely friendly people putting on a great show for a good price and in the process offering nice refreshments. The Peach Season was excellent. I loved the performance. The reason for 3 stars is that we were in row F and the Heater / Aircon was so noisy that it made it difficult & at times impossible to hear the words being spoken on stage, especially Dorothy's which were well done in a foreign accent. The aircon was switched off after the intermission, thank you

 Lovely and professional

 Blithe Spirit directed by Cate Cunningham was really enjoyable! Loved Maddie as Eliva and Fabiola as the maid. Loved the story towards the end when we suddenly now have 2 bickering ghosts! (Btw, it took me a while to figure out what happened!) The tech crew/set build was magnificent! Lots of tech effects!

 We both loved the show. It was very entertaining, well acted and as usual, the costumes and sets were brilliant. Always a great night out.

 My 4 friends and I all enjoyed seeing this play. 3 of us also saw it last year, presented by the STC with Courtney Act, but this version was just as entertaining and was well-cast. I'd forgotten the play was long and I must remember to bring a cushion to sit on next time. The special effects worked well and the ending, especially when the ghosts wreck the room (reminded me of The Play that Goes Wrong and Noises Off)

 The production was great and the special effects at the end unexpectedly good.
