 It was my first time attending this event. This event was put together very well! I had so much fun and the food was amazing. I cannot wait until next year. Thank you Chef Paul and assistant chefs for all of your hard work!

 I was blown away by the way the students were actively involved at the Institute and how the Institute is mentoring them through their instructors and the volunteers. It is encouraging to see adolescents becoming such a group of amazing individuals.

 It was wonderful!! My only comment is that I wish it was not quite as long. It was a very long night. Thanks.

 The event was very enjoyable but must of all is does wonderful good to the participates of the program . Chef Paul and the Allen family does a wonderful service to the community. Chef Paul deserves all kind of accolades for his service . The kids did a wonderful job and we look forward to the next event.
