  It was a good experience to watch & hear different artists from Kolkata under one roof. However, we felt that the 2nd hall which had the different shopping stalls & foodstall, was considerable small & couldn't accommodate the attendees particularly when the big hall was closed for sound preparation before artist performance. It was very noisy for us performers who had to perform in the second hall.The sound system & operators could have been better.

 Very vibrant; was a fun day. Please ensure better internet access for exhibitors with card machines please.

 Dear organisers Thank you for having courage to attempt putting it together this highly ambitious programme.Just few points to ponder - There is huge difference in price of Royal zone and Zone A but not much difference in vicinity or comfort. It was very inconvenient to close the main hall for one hour because there was not much room for this many people to circulate. The programme was sold for whole day event but in reality that was not the case.

   It was a good event for a start however if it is to be held again in the future then bigger halls need to be booked to accommodate the attendees & make it a comfortable experience. Also, catering facilities have to be more. This time there was only one provider with limited choice of food. The car park of future venues need to be bigger as well as this time there was chaos & people were blocking other cars.

 The event on Saturday that I attended was excellent and felt very relaxed and joyful.

   The calibre of the artists were excellent but all gone in vain as the sound system was so poor. The sound was set so high and so pitch was so shrill that most of the time we couldn’t understand a word . Next year try a bigger venue and most importantly a good quality sound system.
