VIP instructions for the Preshow Meet & Greet will be emailed approximately 2-3 days prior to the event. Plan to arrive before Door time. Merchandise items will be collected at the venue during the Meet & Greet. Photo taken on your cell phone/camera. If you do not receive the email 2 days prior, or have a question related to your VIP package, please email VIP@ONELIVE.COM or call (877) 717-5816. *No large items or guitars allowed for the personal signed item (pick guards allowed). Merchandise subject to change.

A separate ticket to the show must be purchased in order to attend the VIP Meet & Greet. Both your show ticket and VIP package ticket must be presented at entry to participate in the VIP experience and redeem all package elements.
