 Y'all REALLY need to rethink the "VIP" autograph procedure. As I'm sure you know ..  No one checked to see if they paid the $100ea (I paid x2 myself and my friend) ... people literally had dozens of things being signed, rather than the 2 item "limit", making the line move super slow ... then Micky Redmond and Red Red Berenson were the only ones I wanted and they (understandingly) didn't stay for that part

   Tickets weren't checked for people that were in the signature line so without paying the extra they shouldn't have gotten signatures.

   I had a excellent experience at the Alumni Game. The price of the premium seating was a great value.

   My ticket didn’t let me know that the sled hockey game started at 12:15. I thought the day started at 2:00. I was very disappointed to arrive at 1:35 and learn I had missed the sled hockey except for just a few minutes and the photo ops after the game . The venue felt unfriendly. It was my first time there, and I felt like I was an intruder at a private party. I had to ask people to let me sit in my seat, too.

   Ticket purchasing app was confusing and there could have been more info upfront (like that the autograph line ticket did not include a seat for the game, when autographs would happen, etc.), but other than that everything was great!

   It was a nearly perfect day! The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because we were in section 1, row C, seats 12 and 13. During the game, while we were trying to watch the action, a news cameraman came and stood right in front of us multiple times to record interviews for the local news with some of the players, completely blocking our view of a good portion of the ice. For future games, you need to find a different place for the cameraman to stand.

   I enjoyed the game naturally. Problem...when you pay for VIP and don't get it not good. Stood in line for about 30 minutes for signatures. We were not even close to half way in the line. So I don't see why players left early before people made it to them. Or why some didn't even come out at all. Then people in the line who didn't even pay for it. They didn't check. People bring MULTIPLE items to sign. Absolutely NO ORGANIZATION!! Will not return!!!

     No complaints at all. Ticket purchase was simple, venue was close to home, both games were phenomenal and the peewee hockey games were an added bonus! Such a fun day out, really enjoyed it.

   Disappointed the lack of Red Alumni signing after the game. There were perhaps 4 alumni signing. In contrast, the whole NY Ranger team were available for autographs. Feel like the fans who purchased $100 for autographs were misled. Many in line felt the same.

   Enjoyed the event

   I will come back for more Alumni games

   It would be helpful to have clearly identifiable ushers and monitor the more expensive seating at the start of the game, my table was moved and had other people sitting there, I found another spot and still had a good time.

  Liked the event. One other issue needs to be addressed. The men's urinal was overflowing upstairs and the toilet was clogged. People seemed to be discarding there toilet paper on the floor. When we left water was dripping from the ceiling. Probably from the urinal. Cleaning staff only presses the paper towel down in the basket. He didn't check anything else. BIG MISTAKE!

   Had a great time, we would definitely attend again. Especially the sled hockey teams, we give them a lot of credit!

     It was very enjoyable, enjoyed the alumni, sled hockey and the young kids in between the periods
