Our ticketing system allows you to reserve your choice of seats, purchase season tickets, gift cards, and tickets to any show at any time of the year.  You must enter an email to use our ticketing system so your ticket proof of purchase can be emailed to you.  If you do not have an email you can still buy tickets at the door the night of the show, but we recommend on-line purchase to avoid lines and sellouts.

2025 Season Ticket Information

• SEASON TICKETS/PASSES - First purchase your season ticket by choosing the Membership/Season Ticket event below, add the number and type of memberships you want to your cart, and finish checkout process. Then return to this tickets/memberships  page to reserve your seats under that membership/season ticket.  Just select seats you want for each show and apply your season ticket in the shopping cart. 

If you want to sit next to another member, you can select all the seats you want, apply your membership at checkout, and then change the buyer information on the checkout page using their email address in the buyer box, and then apply their member credit.

1. Scroll down to choose show you want to get seats for and hit Select Date

2. Scroll down to seating chart and select seats using the GENERAL ADMISSION type

3. Add each desired seat to cart – repeat until all desired seats are in cart

4. When done Proceed to Checkout

5. Apply your season ticket by entering your number into the Season Pass box and hit Apply Season Pass or use the Apply all my Season Passes, ticket charges will be deducted for number of passes that you use (recommended).

6. Choose e-ticket option or will call and hit the over 18 button

2026 Season Subscription Information - Things are changing... for the better

Stage Crafters is excited to announce that for the 2026 season and beyond, we are replacing our existing season memberships and are rolling out a more flexible, cost saving, and user friendly way of purchasing a subscription to our season that not only saves you money over buying individual tickets, but also allows you the flexibility to see the shows that most interest you.  You may, for instance buy a season subscription and use your Flex-Passes on whatever shows you want to see.  You will no longer be required to use your season pass as "one ticket to each show" in the season, but instead you have the flexibility to use them for whatever show(s) you want in that season.

1. 1. Subscriptions of 4,6,8,12,16 and 24 flex passes are available.  One subscription = 4 flex passes.
      • One Subscription/Season Pass is able to be used 4 times to reserve seats for whichever shows you want to see.
      • You can buy multiple Subscriptions, and there are Donor Level options available for you to help support the arts and get a variety of pass options.
   2. Reserve your favorite seats - if something comes up, you can always change your reservations to a different night, or even a different show in that season, at any time up to 24 hours before a show
   3. Save ticketing fees on subscriptions as there will be only one reduced ticketing charge instead of individual ticketing service charges
   4. You will, on average, save 13-15% over purchasing individual tickets

HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS -  in 2025 it must be for the same show and a different date and/or seats.  Exchange must be done 24 hours before the date of the originally ticketed show.  In 2026 you can exchange for any show in the season.

1. Under your name on the upper menu, choose TICKETS, and then EXCHANGE TICKETS
2. Select an invoice in the pull down list to view any tickets that are eligible for exchange
3. Add the tickets to the 'Exchange List'
4. Proceed to the Tickets/Memberships tab on the main menu (upper left) and select the same show and new date and/or new seats you want to get. Add the tickets to your shopping cart.
5. Proceed to the checkout page to exchange your tickets
6. You should see the credit for your current seats in the cart as well as your new tickets and the total at the bottom should be Zero.
7. Make sure to hit RESERVE at the bottom of the screen.

Note: You can exchange each ticket with only one ticket at the same price or upgrade to one ticket at higher price and pay the difference. If you downgrade to a cheaper price, the difference will not be refunded.
