Fifteen-year old Christopher has an extraordinary brain; he is exceptionally intelligent but ill-equipped to interpret everyday life. When he falls under suspicion for killing his neighbor’s dog, he sets out to identify the true culprit. This play will be a unique theatrical experience for SVCT as the brilliant visual staging (projections, light, sound, and movement) captures the exciting depth of Christopher’s vision as he solves the mystery of the dog in the night-time and the unexpected mysteries of his life. Winner of the 2015 Tony Award for Best Play, this is also a profoundly moving play about adolescence, fractured families, and the wonders of life.

Evening performances will begin at 8:00pm  (November 17, 24, 25; December 1, 2, 8, 9)

Matinees begin at 2:00pm (November 18, 26; December 3)

Due to strong language and some adult themes, parental guidance is recommended for pre-teens.

Saturday, November 25 will be an Inclusive Performance to accommmodate those patrons who have difficulty sitting quietly for the duration of the show. Our expectation for this performance is that all attendees will accept the needs of diverse audience members.
