Folloween 2026 - Myths & Legends
Join us from October 23rd - 25th for our signature event, Folloween! Sin City loves nothing more than a good party, so we're turning the whole weekend into one big bash - complete with classes, live music, our annual costume contest, and more!
The Kirby Galbraith Big Band
That's right, for our Saturday night social dance at Grey Witch, we'll be dancing the night away to the musical stylings of 16 phenomenal musicians - The Kirby Galbraith Big Band! Kirby and his crew will keep us on our feet from 8:00 PM all the way until the witching hour.
Instructor Spotlight: Bailey McCully
This year, we're thrilled to have the inimitable Bailey McCully joining us for a weekend full of hauntingly inspiring workshops! Bailey has learned, taught, collaborated, and performed across North America and internationally. While traveling and dancing with new communities is a wonderful part of the job, Bailey happily calls Bellingham, Washington home where she teaches dance to movers of all ages. Bailey always aims to create a class culture in which students feel safe to try, fail, and learn to become the best dancers they can be. Dancing with a partner or dancing solo, Bailey radiates the joy of jazz with every step.
Bailey will be teaching our intermediate track, but we'll have a beginner track as well for those still new to dancing. This is a great weekend to bring your friends who want to dive into the world of Lindy Hop! More info on our beginner track instructors coming soon.
Friday Night Costume Contest
In keeping with tradition, we will be holding our Folloween Costume Contest during our Friday night social at Jordance Studios! Any costume is fair game, just keep it appropriate for dancing and culturally respectful. You must be present to win.
Mummified Mix & Match
We're putting a spooky, follow-focused twist on this year's competition, but have no fear - this competition is free to enter! In our Mummy Mix & Match, Leads will be given a mark on the floor that they must stay as close to as possible, while leading their partner in a fun dance. Follows, on the other hand, will be blindfolded. That's right, blindfolded. Follows will be showcasing their creativity and ability to truly follow!
Prelims will be in a tap-out format, meaning couples will be tapped on the shoulder and asked to leave the floor when they've been eliminated. In the first round, judges will tap out couples in sets of 3, at which time partners will rotate, until we get down to our final 3 couples. Finals will be an all-skate format. Follows will be allowed to remove their blindfolds, and Leads will not be confined to a specific spot on the floor. - a true throwdown to determine the final placements. Lindy Hop and Charleston only - no Balboa or Shag.

- Note: Our Saturday night social is only for folks over the age of 21. We apologize that our friends under 21 won't be able to join us for the main event, however there is a reduced ticket price for those individuals that does not include the Saturday night social.

- There will be two class track options: Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced. If you aren't sure which classes you should take, feel free to reach out to us for assistance in identifying the correct class track
