 Great experience.

I loved it it was a very nice looking hotel

 Water problem in women's bathroom.

Great event but the seating was a little strange. Paid extra to sit closer but nothing special. The food ordering and delivery was awkward at best. Hard to knock the overall experience because the band was so good.

This was the first time staying at the Regalia Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Very nice location. We will be back during the summer season. Highly recommended!!

The acoustics were a bit muddy. Tickets were higher than the venue I seen them at last year. sound got washed out a bit. They’re super talented , but they’re better than they came across at the regalia. Maybe serving food and drink causing people to move around took away from the experience (like have bar outside ?)$ I paid $44 each for 6 tickets. Concerts do t generally encourage movement.

Spacious, quiet room. Beautiful facility and grounds. We couldn’t ask for more!

Staff was accommodating, Rooms were nice

First time there and we felt it wasn't clear where to park or go. When we pulled into the portico and asked the young lady at the desk. She reluctantly got off her phone and told us to park at the pool. Which meant nothing to us. For a special event ticket it would have been nice if the first impression wasn't of a rude distracted girl.

Hotel was fine but whoever planned and organized the new years event should not ever be in charge of that again.

Food not that great and certain items (stuffed mushrooms) were not re-stocked after initial batch was gone. Also… completely unfair to charge a single person $25 more vs a couple ($100/each for a couple vs $125 for a single person).

Staff was not very friendly and helpful.

Hotel room was very nice and clean. I was very satisfied with our stay and definitely will consider next year if you have an event

It was easy to purchase tickets.

Food was cold. Potatoes were really hard. Ham so salty. Desserts were just store bought pies no whipped cream. Turkey was really strange and the roast covered in pepper. We have gone several times in the past and it has never been this bad. Service was good.

 The band is awesome!

This was my first time seeing them and they did not disappoint! They really look and sound like the Fab Four ~ my all time favorite group. I will definitely see them again and recommend to all my Boomer friends!

This is the second time we have seen The Liverpool Legends and both times we had a great time. The show that the band puts on is absolutely outstanding!! They show is very well done and the level of talent of the band members is excellent!! We loved seeing them again and will see them again the next time they are in our area. Highly recommended!!!

The liverpool legends were amazing as always, however the vip ticket seats were not as expected. Very disappointed in the seating.

 Great show.

 Goid show

We have seen the Liverpool Legends several times, and they always wow us! It feels as if we step back in time. Amazing musicians and showmen. We will see them every chance we get!

Food and atmosphere were amazing. Lizz was fantastic on the harp.

Worst run event I have ever attended. Really poor intake for attendees. One person try to tag approximately 500 people who all arrive at the same time. Really really bad planning. Upon entry into the venue there was only one (1) bar with only one (1) bartender. Later 2 more showed up, one of them who had absolutely no desire to expedite the process. The food was terrible, the lines were endless. The dance floor was so sticky it almost pulled my shoes off. The band was very

Food was late Prime rib was bad--Drink line was very long

It's very possible that staffing problems made for issues with this event. That being said our enjoyment of the event was diminished by the following: It was unfortunate that the hot food served for dinner was overcooked and served cold. The band was good and we really enjoyed them. But there were no balloons and few decorations and favors. And just 1 bar made for long lines. On a positive note the photographer was great and the servers were cheerful.

We attended this two years ago and that was much more fun. The dj kept getting scolded for playing fun music, the band was not hip and fun, the selfie station you had two years ago was gone, the liquor wasn't worth drinking because they couldn't make an easy drink. Half of the food was not good! The next day we got up at 8:30 to have the breakfast we paid for and was told it wasn't available until 11:30. So we checked out and paid for breakfast again. Had VIP, won't be back!

It wasn't worth the price. The food was mediocre and the band not as expected. I paid for 3 tickets and I won't be attending this event again.

The band was great, but the food was marginal. The “prime rib” was more like overcooked pot roast

Band was good. The food service could use some improvement. My suggestions are to allow the guests to enjoy appetizers before dinner starts so when drinking they have something to eat. There wasn’t enough food for the number of people. The flavor was good but the temperature was not warm enough. Have a second bar so guests don’t have to wait in such a long line. The staff was very friendly. We would be willing to try it again. I just didn’t feel we got $200 wor

By the time we got through the food line, there was essentially no food left. Very disappointed. What food we did get was prepared poorly. We definitely would not attend again in the future.

The decorations were nice and the staff was friendly.. We ended up leaving early. There needs to be entertainment games or something. The food was disappointing. Not hot by the time we got through the long line, The prime rib taste like low quality pot roast, chicken was very dry, the lines were very long for the drink station. More than one drink station would be helpful and having plated food served at the table would be best. We spent most of the night waiting in lines.

When I got to the food, there was no Prime Rib, no ham, no mushrooms, and what there was was cold. Very disappointed. 1 bar for a large number of people is ridiculous. Overall, I partied and danced a lot. Enjoyed being with friends. Not worth the price of admission.

It felt like I was eating in a high school gym. I would have preferred to sit at a big table with others than the little 2 person table we were given. Parking is awful for handicap people. The handicap spots were a long way from the door. I would not recommend this venue to anyone else. It was not worth the money. What was the 14.95 service fee for? I paid $98 for two mediocre meals.

I could over look run down facility for good food but the meal Was not good. Cold alfredo pasta, burn green beans, deli roast Turkey breast instead of a real Turkey breast, no whipped cream For pie or milk for kids to drink. The stuffing was so mushy and the Potatoes were dry. We enjoyed some games in the lobby and the Music was nice.

The shining star in all this was your employees. Everyone we came in contact with rates a 5-star. It's a shame they suffered under a kitchen staff unable to preform in a like manner. I have ate better fare out in the field compliments of USMC cooks working under really bad conditions. Was the problem with your chefs or were they hampered by bad management ? Please clean up your act and do what you did on your Grand Opening. Charge more if you must. Good food beats cost

Was not what me and my wife expected . Mashed potatoes was so thick you couldn't spoon them off the spoon. The dressing was like paste . The only thing I enjoyed was the Prime Rib. My wife said the turkey was like a pressed jenny O turkey. I could gon and on, but I won't be back unless you find some experianced chefs !

Most of the food provided was luke warm, and it tasted like it was right out of a can from sysco. The prime rib was good, but ran out. The salad was on the verge of wilted and the ham was WAY WAY salty. The pies were very good. Service was also very good.

Great event with vendors and high patient turnout. This event is a must do!

Allowed the opportunity to meet new patients and to offer education on Medical Marijuanna.

There wasn't a bad seat to view the event! The lines to the bars moved quickly with staff doing an amazing job!

VIP tables were way to close. We were definitely too cramped into a small table for 10 people and then even more cramped too close to other tables/people. Also having the walkway in front of the tables was highly annoying. My view of the fight was obstructed so many times because of this!

The event itself was great. Hotel is not equipped to handle such a large event as far as staffing and food options. Extremely limited restaurants and excruciatingly slow service.

I had a great time. Well be back

 Fantastic

Tech merch people were amazing we lost something and they helped us look for it for about 30 mins never found it but it was the thought that count! Got to meet Joey up close Jehry, Joey And Tech are simply amazing live going every year!! Gotta try to get tech to add Makenzie to the show. Would love to see her!

Amazing night from firework show that was better than our towns 4th of July show to great views from all over the venue of the stage. Tech did a long show in which he played a lot of songs we haven't heard in awhile. Great experience from beginning to the end. Thank you! Can't wait until he comes back we'll be there!

There very aggressive and rowdy men that kind of ruined the mood. And he didn’t play Red Kingdom so I’m salty.

Event was great, they have adjusted prices to make the event more reasonable, tickets seem high priced but with cheaper food, cheaper drinks, and a firework show its worth it. They actually allowed you to come and go this year which was the best thing added. The lockers were impossible to find, maybe some signage for them would help. Love this venue and want to continue to see it improve.

Both bands were very good! We were disappointed that there was extremely inadequate seating! It seems that a convention “resort” would have lots os chair available. Or, you could rent them!!!

Awesome concert. Please bring back Tyler again soon!

Loved it! The set up was great and of course Tyler Farr was awesome!

We had a great time! Only complaint was when Tyler was singing if u were right up front u couldn’t hardly hear him but if u went back 10 feet u could… we all still had a great time tho! Will definitely be back if an artist we like is there!

Liverpool Legends put on a fantastic show! First Beatle's tribute band I have seen, thoroughly entertaining, incredible talented musicians, really perfect event!

the only thing that could have made the show better is it could have been longer. Just was not ready for a show that good to end!

We are so impressed with the Liverpool Legends! Not only are they exceptional musicians, they portrayed the personalities and characteristics of the people they were portraying with authenticity. We enjoyed the recorded commentary from Louise Harrison for insight into her brother and the other Beatles as well as a sense of the times in which they lived. After the show, we met a couple of the band members and found them warm and down to earth. I can't wait to see them again!

 Very good show

 Very entertaining! Enjoyed this .

Spectacular show! 6th time seeing this band and this was the next one yet!!

It was good as the other 2 times I saw it but very disappointed in not hearing the song Let It Be, that's very famous and sung before. Theme song I used for surviving my cancer in the 80s.

 VIP seating was the best!!!

Lots of memories and a fun concert!

I liked the music very much as it is happy music. The singers were OK, but their guitar playing was great. I wore earplugs because it was too loud. I hope you have more "happy" events for us to attend.

Need improvements to emphasize nye 1200 midnight. Such as a Ballon Drop, Count Down Clock, and more timely organized delivery of the champagne. Clock on wall was stopped on 5:20. We went to Regalia NYE event last year also. We had a good time both times but there was an obvious issue with staffing this year. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Food quality was subpar— very dry chicken and ran out of carved meat… Open bar was not very organized. However, when needing ice and water one employee (Mya) was a Godsend and deserves 5 stars in of herself.. Likewise, the room was 5 star satisfaction. Unfortunately, next year we may try another venue based of Regalias food quality and open bar lines… Note to management, open bar works best if bottled beers and wines are self service.. giving your bar staff drink focus

Food was so so, not much of a drink selection, 2 bartenders for 250 plus people, Band was ok but took long breaks! Staff didn't clean up tables almost until the end of night. No one brought around champagne for New Year toast, 2 highlights were the hotel room and Marla the bartender was 5 stars.

 Great band and amazing food

Beautiful setting for the concert, would attend more events with headliner rock acts like Queensryche. Thank you

Bravo! Regalia hit it out of the park with this show, Queens Ryche was amazing. The sound crew was on point, lighting and screen team from Regalia also did a great job. If you always wanted to or have seen them before go and see them. Thank you once again for bringing a great act to the stage.

The bar staff needs trained in bar tending Internet showed start time of 8pm and over by 12am. Show actually started at SEVEN pm and my wife and I missed VIXEN all together. Great show otherwise

 Queensyrche sounded great!

Incredible performances and wonderful set lists from both bands!!! Whoever programmed and ran the video for this event was terrible.

I don't know if the sound guy was employed by the resort or the bands, but he was awful. Great venue...but the sound was terrible with feedback and just not very professional. We even left early and talking to other attendees, they agreed. Stage was great! Love the idea of being in the pool and watching the concert but the sound tent was in exactly the wrong spot to see the concert from the pool too. Terrible!

The sound guy did this concert a HUGE disservice. I was excited to see Slaughter but the sound was so bad the words of the songs were all distorted. Mark sounded great at the low volume parts but it was all distorted when all ramped up with the band. Very disappointed.

The sound board mixer did not know what he was doing. You could not hear the singer at all. It was really terrible.
