Hemet Theatre Reviews

decent show horrible raffle. They sold different sets of raffle tickets so you werent eligible for most prizes.

 Very friendly staff

Shows should start on time. I can see a few minutes BUT anything over 5 Min is NOT OK.

Hemet theater is an awesome place to see tribute bands and bands

Was hot in the lobby. Nice theater.

great musicians good vocals, great choice of songs

Excellent Show. Very HOT 🔥 in the theatre. Why can't the overhead fans be on higher?

 Nice and clean

Main singer’s microphone was softer than the band… so she was hard to hear.

 great place to enjoy music

Fun to see a place the community supports and is proud of.

That was fun. Please bring Cubensis back.

Love this place! So glad to have this historic theater to see live bands. Prices are good & the volunteers that run this place are so kind. If your board & looking for a good time ... go see a show here!!!

Loved, loved, LOVED it I ordered tickets from website- easy. Picked them up without a problem. Staff organized and friendly.. Absolutely the best night out in Hemet.

I found it fun, and entertaining. It was AWESOME.

Show was great. We were confused what was going on, too awhile for the announcement. Wish the overhead fans would have been on. It was nice at Droeche Mode. Bar staff were all sweaty serving up all Hemet Theatre Patrons

Such a good show. Would love to see them again there.

Great show! Really appreciated the overhead fans being on moving this time. I called it, I said the singer is going to keep adjusting his clothing until he comes out with only his vest, unbuttoned!!! It is so hot in the theatre. Love watching the videos behind the show too! Can't wait for Kotten Mouth Kings! It's going to be packed and hopefully the overhead fans will be on high!!! See you soon!

 It was great! 😊 Thanks

 Fun show!

Band was ready to play, Theater was not.

It was by far one of the very best events I’ve ever seen there! Bring those guys back anytime! Thank you for bringing them to Hemet. They rocked!

Great tribute band! Thanks for a great show!!

It was corny. But for $30 what can I ask for?

Was fun but the show was over 30mins late and not on time.

Fun to see Goonies! We thought we were seeing the Cult band. Having a surprise Cult Classic is always appreciated. They don't make movies like they used to anymore! Theatre was so hot, over head fans were not running. We moved to the stand-up fan behind us. That helped.

So Pettywas the best tribute to Tom Petty I've seen! We had so much fun. We always have a good time at Historic Hemet Theater, but this was over the top fun! They have a lot of great events lined up, the volunteer staff is exceptional and if your legs get tired there's always good ol' chair dancing!

Great Petty music! I’ll see them again.

 Great show!

It was an awesome show! Loved every minute of it. I will be going back again for some future shows.

I paid for two seats and was told by the " head of security", that we had to sit across the isle. The seats I purchased were clearly marked. Seating as a whole is all screwed up- many times being first come first served, regardless of what your printed ticket said you had purchased . AC was not working well at all. We left at the first break. Generally the cover bands are good. Tonight's band was not. If they were any good we would have remained thru the performance.

We were told in advance we had to change seats. So we did. Then we got there, there were people in our seats - who were allowed to stay in our seats and we took the seats along side of them Shortly thereafter, more came in and not so nicely demanded we move from their seats. Poor man in charge was moving people and hearing the but of their anger. We are attending 5 more fiuture events, however our center row 17 does not exist. So we expect more seating problems in the futur

 Too hot in the theater

Except it was a lil warm in there

 Vocals way off

Good renditions of a popular band that sold over 100 million albums. Fun to see all the dancers. The theater has limitations with the acoustics. But still a good evening of entertainment.

Good show . Little warm in there.

Cubensis was great! Loved the show!

I have gone to LA to see this band, Cubensis, many times. So grateful to have them come over to the desert.

I truly enjoyed seeing CUBENESIS band perform in my home town. I was happy to see so many old deadheads come out to groove and move to the music 🎶😁🎶.

love this group music 🎶 hopefully they come back again

The 1969 tribute I would have to say is up there with the best shows. I have seen at the historic Hamic Theatre my wife and I loved it and danced the whole time.

Excellent Home Town Band! Great Vocals & Musicians! Terrific selection of songs! Love to groove and dance with the Vibe of “Summer of 1069!! Thank You!🎶❤️

These guys are amazing musicians/singers! The theatre is a fantastic venue 👏🏻 Enjoyed everything about the event 😁

It was fun to dance and enjoy songs from multiple groups.

Brian & the gang are awesome! Saw them on the 4th in Idyllwild. Had to see them again. Looking forward to getting a group together when they play in Temecula.

Bands great, good songs. Theater is becoming pretty slummy, volunteers and slow service are bringing you down. No VIP popcorn? What’s the point of an extra $5?

The band was fantastic. The volunteers were very pleasant and kind. The young man at the snack bar seemed very nervous and unsure of himself, maybe it was his first day .

Excellent venue!! We saw 1969 Tribute Band and they were awesome!! Lots of fun and interaction from the Theatre staff. Can't wait to go again.

The band is incredible, the issue is the venue

The people and place are awesome!!

 It was sooooooo GREAT

this event was perfect I took my niece and nephew they were engaged the hole time which is amazing and hard to do. Great job Jollyber

Sound system was horrible for vocals.

OVERALL IT WAS A VERY FUN SHOW....SHE HAD A GOOD VOICE...DIDN'T THINK HER PERFORMANCE WAS VERY ENTERTAINING THE FIRST HALF, BUT SHE LOOSENED UP THE 2ND HALF...LOVE THE COVERS OF THE NON-DONNA SONGS....TOOK A STAR AWAY FOR HER BACK UP DANCER CINDY....RENEE WAS GREAT AND VERY FUN TO WATCH, CINDY WAS NOT...VERY DISTRACTING ..NO CHOREOGRAPHY AT ALL....HATE THE PHOTOGRAPHER BEING UP THERE THE ENTIRE SHOW..

The best cover band I have seen at Hemet Theater ! Excellent group- very talented !!!

took my granddaughter we had a great time

 Good show

Had a great time! Danced my shoes off! 😆 So happy to have this theater! If you need a good time go to a show here! Thanks to the volunteers that make this a fun place to really enjoy yourself!

Although we liked the Eagles songs, we did not think the Last Resort did a good tribute. Their instrumentals were good, but their stage presence and vocals need improvement. Also, the stage lighting sometimes left band members in the dark. And, the drummer was hard to see, as he was obscured by front members of the group; better positioning, or perhaps even elevating the drummer, might be a good idea.

 Concert was great!

Wasn’t the advertised band, seemed to be put together at the last minute. Extra stage took up almost half of the dance floor. Hard to not enjoy Eagles music but should have been much better.

The show was fun. Band and singer did a good tribute. This is a fun place for local entertainment.

 Great concert! It was

Modern Love was the best event I have attended and experienced at Hemet Historic Theatre ! What an incredible Performance! I had such a wonderful tome!

Awesome please have them back again soon. We will be there.

Loved the band, the front man was so good.

I thought they were excellent!! I would see them again if u ever bring them back!!

Not well organized-seemed like a presentation for their family

I have been coming here with my friends for years and I am so disappointed with the management of the theatre for actually selling tickets for this show..I am sure they didn't bother to listen to Athene or her husband actually sing...We walked out before intermission....Watching 2 people doing Karaoke to a soundtrack with very off tuned voices is a waste of mine and my friends time...If you are going to sell out the place for anybody that wants to sing....Keep it private

 It’s was amazing

 Great show.

This was a fun time. Enjoyed every song.

All 8 of us enjoyed the evening! Blessing to all the hard working volunteers!!

It is so nice that our community has a place where people of all ages can go and enjoy live events. Last week there were so many youth enjoying Paramore at the Disco and this week their wete so many seniors who were reliving their youth to the Beach Boys sounds. It was a fun safe event and close to home. My mom and I had a great time and enjoyed reminiscing to the Beach Boys tunes.

Lots of fun . The performers were engaging with the audience and made it a fun evening. I loved seeing the young people there having a safe place to go locally and truly enjoy themselves.

 Great energy! And awesome vocals.

My daughter and I had so much fun at this show! The band was awesome! The atmosphere was perfect!

 Great show

Second time I saw this band. It was a great time.

 Great show.

Great showmanship, quality of voices & musicianship excellent & no bad seats in venue.

 Great music.

We really enjoyed the talent, the personal snippets at the beginning of each contestant and the opening song where all contestants performed together. Disliked the Vote Buying. The competition should be by talent only. Not by who could buy the most votes.

Lizann Warner is Hot, The Band was Great! Outstanding tribute group.

 They did a fantastic job

an amazing tribute performance. The portraying Ann Wilson singer, what a voice! What voice range!. The Nancy Wilson portraying singer/guitarist, outstanding and talented. They need to comeback again!!! Terrific and talented band, terrific musicians

It was excellent. My husband and i found the ebtire evenjng enjkyable due tk: - good seats - friendly and helpful fklk - theatre was super clean - entertainment was perfect Not sure why the change but we have been coning for several years and tonight we noticed improved organization and a calm. Thank you.

 The band was awesome!

Unfortunately I couldn't attend but my daughter loved it and she cant wait to go back.

My granddaughter had the best time watching Tangled and meeting Rapunzel. It was nice that she could get up and dance.during the songs and not be forced to sit the whole time. We felt very welcomed. A great experience.
